Ross produced the latest hit singles for #1 Billboard indie band Wakey! Wakey! and American Idol star Peach Martine. His project Cheap Synths was featured in a 2020 Apple commercial. Gromo (Brae Gromek) is a Guatemala-born, NYC-based rising producer/artist whose sound explores the intersection of hip-hop and dance music. He’s cultivated his genre-less sound across his years in the industry as an event producer, tastemaker DJ and student at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music.
Gromo first emerged as a teen-DJ sensation in the NYC nightlife circuit in the mid-2010s. After producing under-18 events at venues like Pacha, Pink Elephant and Riff Raffs, he performed at Miami’s Ultra Music Festival in 2015, becoming the youngest DJ (age 16) to play the event. While touring the world, he rediscovered his love for music and refocused on production. He studied music’s cultures and histories, focusing on hip-hop, and picked up elements that would inform his style.
